Chelsea Metro will facilitate the development, administration and running of Chelsea FC Regional Development Schools to help identify, train and expose the elite level player in the tri-state area. These schools will provide players from 8-18 the opportunity to receive high level Chelsea FC training, development and an opportunity to be identified for the Match Fit Chelsea Development Academy and/or Chelsea FC Academy in London England. The objective of the Regional Player Development program is to identify, train and further develop the very committed and future elite players from New Jersey, New York and the surrounding area. The training will prepare these players for successful careers in the USSF Development Academy / ECNL League, college, MLS / WPS, professional international clubs and the United States National team programs. Chelsea Metro will provide a unique all-inclusive structure that will bring out the very best of these elite athletes. This will include:

• International flavor: We will always strive to find and develop players that can play and compete at the finest professional clubs both at home and throughout the world, sending the best 16 players at each age group from U11-U14 to train with the likes of Chelsea FC, Inter Milan, Real Madrid, Valencia and Ajax.
